Delivery percentage

The share of today’s traded quantity that was actually delivered (held overnight) instead of bought and sold the same day. NSE publishes it for every stock after the close.

Delivery spike

Today’s delivered quantity compared with the stock’s own 20-day average. A spike shows unusual position-taking, often by larger investors.

Price plus delivery

A rise on high delivery suggests real buying; a fall on high delivery suggests real selling. A rise on low delivery is mostly intraday trading.

From NSE’s public end-of-day data, collected each trading evening. Values in ₹ crore unless shown. A large trade or filing shows what happened, not why; it can be a hedge, a transfer or a portfolio change. Information, not investment advice.

Questions

Which stocks have high delivery today?
This page lists NSE stocks with 60% or more delivery today, and stocks whose delivery volume is at least 2× their 20-day average, updated every trading evening.
What is a good delivery percentage?
It varies by stock. Compare a stock with its own average; this page shows the 20-day average next to today’s figure.
Is high delivery bullish?
High delivery with a rising price is often read as genuine buying; with a falling price, as genuine selling. It is a clue, not a signal.
